Psalm 119:9-11 says this. How can a young man keep his way pure? By living according to your word. I will seek you with all my heart. Do not let me stray from your commands. I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you.

So often we wish we could walk more closely to the Lord and better know His will for our lives, but we just seem stuck and unable to create those habits.

Learning the discipline of memorizing scripture will help you to devolp in all areas of your walk with God.

Meet Me... Hi, I'm Sahra!

I am a born-again believer in Jesus Christ and a wife to my best friend. We never had children, but I adore the way God has been able to give me opportunities to mentor and shape lives anyway.


Richard and I are foodies. Our favorite thing to do is to find new foods and restaurants to try. I also love to cook and to be a hostess to our friends and family as much as I can. I love people through food and service.


I bake around 2 thousand cookies every December and give them all away. It is such a labor of love.


Our dream is to one day have a home where believers who need rest, can come and be restored to full strength in both physical and spiritual ways. We desire to equip people to be able to get back out there and do what God has called them to do.
